We begin by pressure washing the house with a combination of bleach and TSP (tri-sodium phosphate) with water, which kills the mildew and mold spores on your home.
Followed by sanding and scraping the areas of your home that need it.
We caulk all windows and seal all joints of the home.
Any rotten wood on the home will be replaced. All of our painting crews have a master carpenter with them.
We use quality paint for your home or business to finish the process.
Our crew cleans up any debris and leaves the job site as they found it.
Once the crew has finished, a supervisor inspects the job to make certain it has been completed with 100% quality.

A painted kitchen changes a whole house. We prep, paint and protect your cabinets and island in place, with floors covered and taped while we work, and we clean up at the end of every day.
